In my role as Lead Product Designer at SocialHub, I’ve been pivotal in enhancing the user experience and spurring business growth through innovative design. My focus has been on nurturing a creative and collaborative environment among our designers, ensuring our social media management software continuously evolves to exceed user expectations.

A key project has been the redesign of our inbox area, making it more intuitive and user-friendly. I have also been continuously adapting existing features to better meet our strategical goals. My approach combines data-driven insights with user-centered design, integrating design thinking across the company.
